LAVERDA 1200 - 1978

It was the biggest surprise of the Paris Show in 1977, also the biggest of the super bikes. It was an extrapolation of the 1000. Outside, little changes, like the shape and the decoration of the tank and the back suspensions with 20° of more slope. The 1200 was almost more civilized that the 1000; more torque, a better driving position, maked this bike more usable. One also reproached the 1200 to destroy a lot of tires and chains.
