TRIUMPH DAYTONA 675 - 2006

After a bitter disappointment caused by the check of its 4 cylinders 600, Triumph changes one's mind in the middleweight class. It's enough of copying the Japanese. This bike is evidence of a real focus and desire from Triumph to build their bikes, their way :
- 3 cylinders,
- 675 cm3
- 165kg and 125 HP.
This "little" Daytona seams to be interesting at all points of view.
According to first tests (MJ n°1679), this bike seams to be very attractive : Exceptional!... It is a mix between a Ducati 749 (for the narrowness of the bike, its nice design and and the torque) and a japanese 4 cylinders, the whole married to an inimitable motorization and a sonority."
For 2008, Triumph is offering a Special Edition version of the awesome Daytona 675. This model features a sultry Phantom Black paint scheme offset stunningly by gold finished wheels and gold coloured decals. Completing the picture for a sleek overall look are black engine covers.
