TRIUMPH 900 THUNDERBIRD SPORT - 1998-2001

The Thunderbird Sport is a funnier version of the standard T-Bird. Its aesthetics is more attractive and the engine a bit more powerful. The splendid double silencer reminds a little bit the Hurricane X75. The main criticisms one can make about T-Bird S are, perhaps, a high placed centre of gravity which handicaps the handling and a limited ground clearance. Nevertheless, it's, in my opinion, the prettiest of the Thunderbird range especially in yellow. For year 2000, the double silencer is abandoned !!!??? Its production stops in 2002.
